It also identifies the forms of exercise that use movement with meditative attention to bodily sensations. The main goal of meditative movement is to heighten the state of focus and relaxation of the patient.

With years of experience as a clinician and certified Yoga Dance Movement Practitioner, I have witnessed the healing factors of meditative movement to depression, anxiety, and other mental and emotional problems that my patients have.
